Hellosoftware Limited runs this website. We're registered in England and Wales, company number 16310803, at 1 High Street, Hadley, Telford, TF1 5PA.
What this website collects
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising. The contact page is the only page that loads anything from another website: the contact form, from HeySales (see below).
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser. Cloudflare's privacy policy explains how it handles them.
If you use the contact form
The form on the contact page comes from HeySales, the CRM we built and run ourselves at www.heysales.co.uk, which is hosted on Cloudflare. The form sets no cookies.
When you send it, HeySales stores your name, email address, company, phone number and message, with your IP address and browser details. We use them to reply to you and to keep track of your enquiry, and we keep them only as long as we need them for that and for our business records.
If you email us
Our email is handled by Google Workspace. We use your name, address and message to reply to you and to discuss your project, and we keep them only as long as we need them for that and for our business records.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email sales@hellosoftware.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
