Connectivity
Leased lines
Dedicated fibre internet: the same speed up and down, not shared with your neighbours, and fixed fast if it fails.
Why a leased line
Not shared
Ordinary broadband is shared with other customers and slows at busy times. A leased line is yours alone.
Same speed both ways
Uploads are as fast as downloads, which matters for cloud backups, video calls and anything hosted in your office.
Faster repairs
Leased lines come with service levels for repair from the carrier, typically much tighter than broadband's.
Room to grow
Many lines can be upgraded in speed without new fibre being laid.
How an installation runs
Check availability and price
We get quotes for your address, including any extra construction charges, before you commit.
Survey
The carrier surveys the route into your building. If new ducts or fibre are needed, this is where it shows up.
Installation
Fibre is brought in and the line tested. Leased lines can take weeks or months to install because of surveys, permissions and street works, so plan early.
Go live
We configure the router and firewall and switch over at a quiet time, with your old connection kept as a fallback.

Questions
Do we need a backup line?
If you can't work without the internet, yes. A second line from a different route, or 4G/5G or Starlink backup, keeps you online when the main line fails.
Do we buy it from you or the carrier?
Either. We can supply the line, or manage one you buy directly. We'll be honest about which is cheaper for you.
