What's included
Zero-touch set-up
New Windows laptops enrol with Windows Autopilot and Macs and iPhones through Apple Business Manager, so a device can be posted to someone and set itself up when they sign in.
Security policies
Disk encryption, screen locks, firewalls and antivirus required on every device, and access to company data blocked on any device that falls out of line.
Apps and updates
The apps people need installed automatically, and updates rolled out in stages so a bad update doesn't hit everyone at once.
Lost or stolen devices
Company data removed remotely, and the device locked to your organisation so it can't simply be reset and reused.
Personal phones
Staff who read work email on their own phones don't have to hand over control of the whole device. App protection policies keep company data inside the work apps, and only that data is removed when they leave.

Do we need new devices to start?
No. Existing Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones and Android phones can be enrolled. Some older machines may need a reset first, which we plan with you.
Which Microsoft 365 licence includes Intune?
Microsoft 365 Business Premium and the E3 and E5 plans include it. We'll check what you have before suggesting any change.
