What we do on site
New starters and leavers
Laptops, phones and peripherals set up, handed over and explained, and kit collected and wiped when someone leaves.
Networks and Wi-Fi
Routers, firewalls, switches and wireless access points installed and configured, and dead spots fixed.
Office moves and new sites
Planning the move, getting internet and phones live on the day, and making sure everyone can work on Monday.
Hardware faults
Diagnosing and repairing or replacing failed devices, printers, screens and network kit.
Good to know
Most problems are solved remotely, which is quicker for you. On-site visits are for jobs that need someone in the room, and are planned around your working day.
